11:25 p.m.

when did i stop eating skittles? this is what i sat pondering for the majority of my physics class. i saw a purple skittle on the floor and the fact that it looked quite foreign to me saddened me deeply...and then i started reminiscing of all the great little kid things i would do while eating skittles and making rainbow blobs with them in my mouth. oh i got such a rush when i stuffed 10 skittles in my mouth at once...i felt so rebellious...

so i had an allstate orchestra rehearsal the other day, which i inadvertently had no idea about, and i get home from church and get a rather ominous call regarding something about death and not being at a rehearsal that started an hour go, and go into freak out mode, and then finally get there 3 hours late and play quite terribly. the bassoons next to me were making fun of me....snotty punks.

i drew today! and it was such fun! i missed the frustration and the smudgy fingers and the bad pictures...it all is a very enjoyable experience...especially with kneaded erasers...

so the only reason i actually wrote anything here was to avoid writing anything on my term paper. argh english is really not so fun with all the extraneous essays. grr.

oo yum my best lunch so far consisted of massively sweet strawberries with long stems and yummy grapes and ice cream sandwiches. i could have done without the frightening japanese macbeth characters killing each other in the background but otherwise it was quite enjoyable...
